| Our web store will typically compute correct shipping charges for domestic shipping within the United States. You may also choose from a few different shipping options offered by the United Parcel Service. We always use delivery confirmation with domestic shipping, and insurance is included.
Some heavier items that will be shipping via freight will have a set shipping price, this price is for the continental United States. If you buy an item that has a set price and you live outside the continental United States the shipping price will be higher and someone will contact you with the price before your order is processed.
Orders shipped within Texas are taxed at 8.25%.
Important: In our attempts to combat fraud, we will only ship to the creditcard holder's billing address. Please ensure you list the billing address *exactly* as it appears on your credit card statement or it may be declined by our merchant bank.
Express Delivery Services
If you need fast service, we can get your packages to you quickly. Please note the following order deadlines for UPS and USPS express services:
UPS Next Day Air (1 day): Order must be placed by 12:00pm CST (Central Standard Time) to receive package the next day. No deliveries made on Saturday or Sunday. Please note that a signature may be required before delivery person can release the package.
Returns:
If you receive an item that is Dead On Arrival, please notify us immediately. We will then instruct you on how to return the item for an exchange or refund. If an item is returned for any reason other than it not working, we will impose a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept any returns without an RMA Number on the box, we will provide you with an RMA number when we discuss your return.
Please be aware, if you are returning an item we do not refund shipping/handling or bank fees. You are responsible for returning the item and paying for return shipping.
